Today, let’s look at the Microsoft word interface
- The FILE TAB for operations concerning the whole document.
- The QUICK ACCESS TOOLBAR for commands which are most frequently used… you could add or remove by right clicking and choose customise …..
- The TITLE BAR where the title of the document you are using is saved..
- The RULLER where you can set/configure the margins of your documents page.
- The HELP button. Kinda like ASK MS WORD ANYTHING.
- The DIALOG BOX LAUNCHER for opening additional options on most groups in the ma word ribbon
- The STATUS BAR. Here, you can see the word count, and number of pages of your word document
- The DOCUMENT AREA. Here, is where we do our typing and any necessary inputs.
- The VIEW BUTTONS. Similar to the options
- The ZOOM SLIDER. This tool permits us to zoom in or out of our document. It can also be accessed by holding down the control button if the keyboard why scrolling on your mouse up or down.
