Oyebog Tennis Academy OTA teaches children in Cameroon, West Africa to play and enjoy the sport of tennis. REMEMBER a dollar runs the longest mile in Africa.

OTA uses sports (tennis) not just as a healthy habit for children, but as a way of improving their education, thus a better quality of life. Tennis is brought to underprivileged kids as a means of changing their lives. Today about 20 kids from OTA Cameroon are playing college tennis in the United States through support. Getting better takes a lot of work. Our kids practice drills and exercises on court to continually improve their tennis games. They also work hard in the classroom to ensure they have plenty of options later in life. It’s all about getting better.

Building better forehands and backhands also builds important skills like discipline and determination. Tennis is not an easy game, our athletes dedicate themselves to the craft to become stronger on and off the court.
