In our topic of today, we are discussing the concept of peace which is an uncompromising value for human existence. In this discussion, we are striving to eliminate direct, structural and cultural violence in order to attain a peaceful society.
Peace abhors violence, conflicts and wars. The presence of Ethical virtues and Axiological values is a guarantee of the presence of positive peace.
Conflicts of diversity are managed and cannot be completely eliminated. Here is more to that.
Diversity is a situation which acknowledges pluralism, difference or heterogeneity of a state meanwhile, Multiculturalism is a situation where there is the acceptance of difference and the promotion of equality, transparency, inclusion and equal distribution of resources of the state.
In order to promote a peaceful living together, we have to be conscious of our difference, homogeneity, multiculturalism, pluralism or diversity. If we learn to respect, recognize and accept people as they are, we will prevent conflicts of diversity.
