Day 3 at TESOL 2026 was another enriching and exciting experience🌍✨
I had the opportunity to meet new colleagues and strengthen connections through meaningful networking moments. Engaging with educators from diverse contexts continues to inspire and broaden my perspective.
I also had the chance to visit the University of Utah. It was such a wonderful experience to explore the academic environment and see more of the local context.
In addition, I volunteered with the TESOL “Ask Me” team, helping to direct participants to different sessions. It was a fulfilling experience to support others and contribute to the smooth running of the convention.
Attending different sessions added even more value to the day, with insightful discussions and practical ideas to take back into my teaching practice.
It’s been an incredible journey of learning, connection, and growth. I am grateful for every moment! 🙏🏾

Day 2 at TESOL 2026 was a truly memorable one 🎉
I had the opportunity to present on “Using Pinterest as a Collaborative Tool in the English Language Classroom,” and it was such an engaging and rewarding experience. I was excited to see participants show up, actively engage, and contribute to the discussion.
The feedback I received was incredibly encouraging, and the connections made during and after the session were simply amazing. Moments like this remind me why I am so passionate about teaching and learning.
We also celebrated TESOL’s 60th Anniversary, a vibrant and joyful moment. It was filled with music, merriment, and dancing, making the experience even more special. 💃🏾✨
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended my session. Your presence, participation, and insights made it all worthwhile. 🙏🏾

Day 1 at TESOL 2026 was simply amazing 👏
From the moment the convention began, the energy was incredible. I had the pleasure of meeting inspiring colleagues from all over the world, including fellow Cameroonians and two wonderful educators from Maryland. Moments like these truly remind me how global and connected our profession is.
Attending the keynote session and the First-Time Attendees Gathering was such an exciting experience. It was filled with learning, networking, and meaningful conversations that I will carry with me throughout this journey.
Grateful for these connections, the knowledge shared, and the opportunity to be here. And this is just Day, looking forward to what’s ahead! 🙌🏾

I’m thrilled to share that I will be presenting at the TESOL 2026 International Convention & Expo in Salt Lake City, USA.🇺🇸
Traveling to the United States to present at this global platform is an opportunity I have long dreamed of, and I am truly grateful to God for making it possible. Reflecting on this journey, I am humbled and thankful for how far I have come.
This moment is not just a personal milestone, but a reflection of growth, resilience, and the power of continuous learning. I am excited to connect with educators from around the world, share my experiences, and learn from others in the field.
Grateful for every step of the journey and this is only the beginning.

I’m excited to share that I will be presenting at the 59th International Conference of the International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (IATEFL) in Brighton, UK.🇬🇧
This will be my second time presenting at the conference. In 2025, I presented in Edinburgh on Skills Development through Project-Based Learning in EFL/ESL Classrooms and was also honoured to be selected as a Robert O’Neill Scholarship winner.
This year, I return to Iatefl as a Hornby Scholar at the University of Exeter, where I am currently pursuing my MEd TESOL. My presentation will focus on how Pinterest can be used as a collaborative tool in EFL classrooms, drawing on classroom experiences from Cameroon. 🇨🇲
I’m looking forward to learning, sharing, and connecting with colleagues from around the world in Brighton. If you’ll be attending the conference, I would love to connect and exchange ideas.
