Dans combien d'organisations chrétiennes les rôles sont-ils clairs ?
On dit a quelqu'un ce qu'il doit faire. Une fois. A l'oral.
Et on s'étonne ensuite que ce ne soit pas fait.
Une fiche de poste écrite n'est pas de la bureaucratie.
C'est du respect.

Combien de fois avons-nous prié pour être ponctuels… sans jamais changer nos habitudes ?

Le re**rd n'est pas une malédiction.
Ce n'est pas un problème spirituel.
𝗖'𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹è𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁. 𝗘𝘁 𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁, ç𝗮 𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲.
𝘛𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦. 𝘐𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮.

Dans nos organisations chrétiennes, nous avons appris à tout ramener à la prière.
Mais certaines réalités demandent une réponse concrète — comportementale, organisationnelle.

𝘐𝘯 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, 𝘸𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘺𝘦𝘳.
𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘦 — 𝘣𝘦𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘭, 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭.

𝗟𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 :
Si tu arrives systématiquement en re**rd — ce n'est pas le diable.
C'est toi. C'est ton organisation intérieure. C'est ta hiérarchie des priorités.

𝑳𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒗𝒔 𝑳𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑨𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚

Jésus enseignait « comme ayant autorité » — pas comme les scribes qui avaient le titre mais pas la confiance.
Dans votre organisation, ces deux types d'autorité coexistent.
𝐋'𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞́ 𝐥𝐞́𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. 𝐋'𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞́ 𝐥𝐞́𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐬.
Les deux sont nécessaires. L'une sans l'autre produit soit du pouvoir vide, soit de l'influence sans accountability.
𝐕𝐞́𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐳 : 𝐯𝐨𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐭-𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐮𝐱 ?

Jesus taught “as one having authority” — not like the scribes who had the title but not the trust.
In your organization, these two types of authority coexist.
𝑳𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏. 𝑳𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒕 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆.
Both are necessary. One without the other produces either empty power or influence without accountability.
