What's that one thing you can change about the way people see agribusiness?

Have you ever walked away from an opportunity because you did not understand what was inside it?

Maybe someone explained it badly.
Maybe it sounded too ordinary.
Maybe you looked at it and thought:

"Who would even pay for this?"

Come, sit with me let me tell you a story.

A farmer harvests fresh tomatoes.

He sells them immediately because he needs money.

A trader buys them.

A processor turns some of them into tomato paste, packaged products, and ingredients for restaurants.

The same tomato.

Different value.

Different market.

Different opportunity.

The farmer was not wrong.

The trader was not wrong.

But someone understood something others missed:

The real business was not only in producing the raw material.

The real opportunity was in what you could create from it.

This is the part many people miss about agriculture.

They see cassava.

Someone else sees flour.

They see fruits.

Someone else sees dried products.

They see pepper.

Someone else sees a packaged brand with customers beyond the local market.

Value addition is not about making things complicated.

It is about asking:

"What else can this become?"

"Who needs it?"

"How can it reach them better?"

Sometimes the biggest opportunities are not hidden.

They are sitting in front of us.

We just haven't learned how to see them yet.

Let me ask you:

What is one agricultural product you believe has more potential than people currently realize?

For 7 years, I have been building and somehow, I found myself stuck.

A number that once excited me.

A number that represented people who believed in my journey.

But after a while, I started asking myself difficult questions:

"Am I still growing?"

"Am I still serving people the way I should?"

"Is there a better way to build?"

But here is what I have learned:

Being stuck is not the end of the journey. Sometimes it is a signal to rebuild.

So I am making a decision.

Not to throw away what I have built.

But to build smarter.

My profile remains my personal journey, the people, relationships, experiences, and lessons that brought me here.

But this page is a new chapter.
