Let me tell you how we got here.

Mike Brainz Uzua was actually the first friend I made on LinkedIn who became a brother.

Back in November, I had less than 50 followers.

Maybe the reason I keep failing is because I keep starting again.

Let me confess something, we have made promises before.

Some in private.
Some in public.

And yes, we failed.

We said we would show up every day yet I disappeared.

We said we would be consistent and life happened.

We started projects with excitement, then somewhere along the way, the energy reduced.

And maybe you can relate because most people only see the finished results.

They see the successful businesses, growing pages and people who seem to have everything figured out.

But they rarely see the messy middle, failed attempts, abandoned plans and days you question yourself.

The truth is almost everyone who has built something meaningful has flopped before.

The difference is not that they never failed.

The difference is that they came back.

So today, we are trying again.

Not because we have everything figured out.

But because the dream is still alive.

For the next few days, we are showing up, sharing value, telling stories, and rebuilding one step at a time.

Maybe consistency is not built by never falling.

Maybe consistency is built by learning how to stand up faster.

What's that one thing you can change about the way people see agribusiness?

Have you ever walked away from an opportunity because you did not understand what was inside it?

Maybe someone explained it badly.
Maybe it sounded too ordinary.
Maybe you looked at it and thought:

"Who would even pay for this?"

Come, sit with me let me tell you a story.

A farmer harvests fresh tomatoes.

He sells them immediately because he needs money.

A trader buys them.

A processor turns some of them into tomato paste, packaged products, and ingredients for restaurants.

The same tomato.

Different value.

Different market.

Different opportunity.

The farmer was not wrong.

The trader was not wrong.

But someone understood something others missed:

The real business was not only in producing the raw material.

The real opportunity was in what you could create from it.

This is the part many people miss about agriculture.

They see cassava.

Someone else sees flour.

They see fruits.

Someone else sees dried products.

They see pepper.

Someone else sees a packaged brand with customers beyond the local market.

Value addition is not about making things complicated.

It is about asking:

"What else can this become?"

"Who needs it?"

"How can it reach them better?"

Sometimes the biggest opportunities are not hidden.

They are sitting in front of us.

We just haven't learned how to see them yet.

For 7 years, I have been building and somehow, I found myself stuck.

7,900 followers.

A number that once excited me.

A number that represented people who believed in my journey.

But after a while, I started asking myself difficult questions:

"Am I still growing?"

"Am I still serving people the way I should?"

"Is there a better way to build?"

Maybe you have been there too.

You started something with passion. A business, career or adream.

Then one day, the excitement became a routine, and the growth became slower than you imagined.

But here is what I have learned:

Being stuck is not the end of the journey. Sometimes it is a signal to rebuild.

So I am making a decision.

Not to throw away what I have built.

But to build smarter.

My profile remains my personal journey, the people, relationships, experiences, and lessons that brought me here.

But this page is a new chapter.
