When Susan walked into her first public speaking class, she wasn’t just shy—she had stage fright so severe that standing in front of her classmates felt impossible.

We could have excused her fear and let her sit out. Instead, we chose to walk her through it.

Why? Because fear should never stop a child from developing one of the world’s most valuable life skills: the ability to communicate with confidence.

With patience, encouragement, and consistent practice, Susan slowly found her voice. Today, she stands in front of an audience with a confidence she never thought was possible.

At our Public Speaking Programme, we don’t just teach children how to speak—we help them build the confidence to be heard.

Why did we teach children Content Creation, Graphic Design and Video Editing this week?
Because the goal was never to teach children how to make videos.
Or design flyers.
Or create social media content.

The goal was to teach them how to think differently.
Every graphic they designed challenged them to communicate an idea.
Every video they edited challenged them to organize information, pay attention to detail, solve problems, and tell a story.
Every piece of content they created challenged them to imagine, create, improve, and start again.

These are no longer “creative skills.”

They are life skills.

The children who will thrive tomorrow won’t only be those who know the right answers. They will be those who can communicate ideas, adapt to change, use technology confidently, and create value wherever they find themselves.
That’s why our holiday programme looks different.
Because we are not just preparing children to pass examinations.
We are preparing them to thrive in the world they are growing into.

Every team activity plants more than one seed. It nurtures confidence, strengthens communication, develops leadership, sharpens problem-solving, and teaches children to grow alongside others. Those lessons don’t end in the classroom they compound for life.

The greatest gift a teacher can give a child isn’t an answer.
It’s permission to think. Permission to disagree respectfully. Permission to defend an idea.
Permission to ask difficult questions. Permission to ask difficult questions.
Permission to change their mind when presented with better evidence.

A classroom filled with silent children isn’t always a successful classroom.
Sometimes, the richest learning happens when children debate, question, challenge, and build on one another’s ideas.

Roland was very calm while everyone else was listing the wonders of AI. We noticed and asked him why and his response made us hand him the chalk.

1) He said AI is making students very lazy as they now let ChatGPT do all their task and school work

2) He added that AI is affecting our cognitive abilities because we are leaving it to think for us.

3) He said AI is making jobs to go obsolete and many people have to start from scratch to fit in.
