Every day, millions of people inhale polluted air that threatens their health, well-being, and quality of life. Air pollution is now one of the greatest environmental risks to human health, contributing to respiratory diseases, cardiovascular conditions, and premature deaths worldwide.
This World Environment Day 2026, under the theme "𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚. 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚. 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙁𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚", we are reminded that nature holds the key to cleaner air and a healthier planet. Forests, wetlands, green spaces, and thriving ecosystems act as Earth's natural air purifiers, absorbing carbon emissions, filtering pollutants, and sustaining life.
Protecting nature is not just about preserving landscapes; it is about safeguarding the very air we breathe.
Every breath matters, and every action counts.

We are honoured to have received the Redvocate Award 2026 from the International Menstrual Hygiene Coalition in recognition of our efforts to advance menstrual health and dignity.
This recognition comes at a time when menstrual health remains a global challenge. Only 39% of schools worldwide provide menstrual health education, and just 31% have menstrual waste disposal facilities for girls (UNICEF, 2024).
We believe that menstrual health is more than a health issue it is an education, dignity, and equity issue.
We are grateful to our volunteers, partners, supporters, and communities whose commitment makes this impact possible.
The award is appreciated. The mission remains unchanged.

𝘼 𝙨𝙡𝙚𝙚𝙠 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣. 𝘼 𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧. 𝘼 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮.
For many young people, the first encounter with ni****ne or to***co is carefully shaped to look harmless, trendy, or desirable. But behind the appeal lies a different reality: addiction, health risks, and the difficult journey of quitting.
This is the message behind World No To***co Day 2026 and this year's theme, "𝙐𝙣𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙡, 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙉𝙞𝙘𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤 𝘼𝙙𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣."
When we expose the tactics that make these products attractive, we empower people, especially young people to make informed choices and protect their health.
Let us choose facts over marketing, awareness over influence, and health over addiction.

🩸𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗵𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲. 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂.
Menstrual hygiene is more than a health practice, it is a matter of dignity, confidence, and well-being. As we continue our 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 (𝟮𝟮𝗻𝗱 – 𝟮𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲), today’s focus is on simple but essential menstrual hygiene practices that support healthier lives and stigma-free conversations.
Good menstrual hygiene helps prevent infections, promotes comfort, and empowers individuals to manage their periods safely and confidently.
Here are a few important reminders:
✔️ Change menstrual products regularly
✔️ Wash hands before and after changing products
✔️ Use clean and safe menstrual materials
✔️ Dispose used products properly
✔️ Track your cycle
✔️ Stay hydrated and eat well
Small habits create lasting impact.
When individuals have access to the right information and support, menstruation becomes a normal and empowered part of life, not a source of shame.
We remain committed to promoting Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) through education, advocacy, and youth-centered awareness initiatives.
