Where Nutrition Meets Innovation

DAAS College's Upper Sixth Food Science & Nutrition Students showcased their culinary skills by preparing a variety of delicious salads using vegetables and legumes. The salads included:

1. Mixed Vegetable Salad: A colorful mix of fresh vegetables.
2. Carrot Salad: Shredded carrots with a hint of spice.
3. Coslo Salad (Pasta Delight): Macaroni, potatoes, and vegetables combined.
4. Coslo Salad (Cabbage Crunch): Red and white cabbage, carrots, and a tangy dressing.

1. Pineapple Drink: Fresh pineapple juice with a twist of sweetness.
2. Beetroot Drink: A sweet and earthy beetroot juice.
3. Orange Drink: Freshly squeezed orange juice with a hint of zest.

Students also learned the art of decorating for special occasions, including birthdays and weddings. They discovered how to rearrange and create beautiful settings using various props and themes.
