-SENTTI WELCOMES YOU TO THE WORLD OF VERSATILE INCLUSIVE SPECIAL EDUCATORS /SOCIAL EDUCATORS!

ITCIG-SENTTI WELCOMES YOU TO THE WORLD OF VERSATILE INCLUSIVE SPECIAL EDUCATORS /SOCIAL EDUCATORS!
Versatile Inclusive Special Educators are a rare and exceptional cadre of professionals — “the few of their kind, the world over.” They are inclusive social solution providers who demonstrate a deep commitment to equity and access. Their work focuses on identifying and addressing artificial barriers that limit participation, while actively enhancing the quality of access to diverse opportunities for all individuals.
They are instrumental in creating and sustaining a level playing field, ensuring that inclusion is not treated as an optional ideal but as a fundamental obligation. Guided by both empathy and expertise, they balance professionalism with adaptability — knowing when to engage playfully and when to adopt a more serious, strategic approach.
This innovative workforce first emerged in Cameroon in 2007 through the effective development and implementation of alternative professional training approaches, specifically the Inclusive Special Education Professional Training model, pioneered by ITCIG-SENTTI Schools. This model represents a contemporary, holistic, and forward-thinking approach to inclusive education.
The Founder of ITCIG-SENTTI Schools, and the Initiator of the Cameroon Inclusive Special Education Training and Empowerment Programme, is the visionary architect behind this groundbreaking initiative. Her work has had a profound and far-reaching impact, with its influence continuing to expand across international boundaries.
Indeed, her achievements stand as a powerful testament to the enduring truth that a single seed has the potential to grow into a forest.
