🌎 Exploring Global Business Through Immersion 🌎

We recently delivered a learning experience in partnership with MSU Broad College of Business Executive MBA program in South America. We explored Chile 🇨🇱 and Peru 🇵🇪 with an incredible group of executives—two distinct and dynamic emerging economies.

Throughout this international immersion, we dove into the business landscapes of these nations, learning about their primary industries, entrepreneurial spirits, and the unique opportunities they present. From bustling markets to innovative corporate environments, this program offered invaluable insights into the realities of conducting business in rapidly evolving economies.

The best part? These experiences didn’t just broaden our understanding of global business; they forged lasting connections within the Spartan community and with local leaders in South America.

We’re thrilled to reveal the number of trees planted through our partnership with One Tree Planted, for our 2024 programs, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and responsible global engagement.

Here's how our 2024 programs are helping a greener future across the globe:

January-April 2024 | 3,341 travel program participants & trees planted
Mexico
Supporting the restoration of critical habitats for Monarch butterflies while revitalizing 637 hectares of forest.

May-July 2024 | 2,376 travel program participants & trees planted
Guatemala
Promoting regenerative agroforestry systems with fruit trees planted on contour, driving sustainable practices and providing long-term benefits for local communities.

August-December 2024 | 2,288 travel program participants & trees planted
Malawi
Addressing deforestation with community-driven solutions, integrating forest management, soil restoration, and alternative income opportunities for lasting impact.

With One Tree Planted, we support the reforestation projects most in need, spreading our donations throughout the year to maximize global impact.

This initiative is separate from our flight carbon offset program for flights arranged through us—our tree-planting efforts focus on restoring ecosystems and empowering communities beyond carbon compensation.
More than just trees, this is a commitment to lasting growth, not just for the planet but for the people and ecosystems that call it home. Join us in making a difference.
