Please note that there will be no school tomorrow, Friday 29th May, as all staff together with our athletes will be at the stadium participating in the CITC Primary School Athletics Day. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

We would like to wish all our athletes the very best as they represent our school with pride, determination, and good sportsmanship👏

A few important reminders for our athletes:
• Please arrive on time and meet your coaches as instructed.
• Bring plenty of water and pack a healthy lunch/snacks.
• Full sports uniform must be worn.
• Don’t forget your socks to help avoid injuries on the tracks.
• Girls are reminded to have plaited hair.

Most importantly remember to encourage and support one another throughout the day👏

2️⃣ Attendance Reminder:
If you are planning/thinking to take your child traveling during the school term, please inform your child’s class teacher or the school office.

3️⃣ Cooler Weather🥶 It’s starting to get chilly, please ensure our students comes to school warm and prepared for the cooler mornings.

We encourage all parents and those interested to attend the upcoming “Parent With a Purpose” evening. Please see the flyer for dates and further information.

5️⃣ P-COSI InformationLast Friday, students in Years 3–5 were given a flyer regarding the upcoming Pacific Childhood Obesity Surveillance Initiative (P-COSI). Please check with your child☺️

⏰ All athletes must be at the stadium by 7:45 AM

📌 Newsletters have been sent home with information on the events your child will be participating in.

✅ Health & Safety Tips:
• Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated 💧
• Get a good night’s sleep and eat a healthy breakfast before the event 🍎

🧦 Reminder for Intermediate & Senior Athletes: Please bring a pair of socks for the event.

👕 Sports Uniforms
If your child requires a sports uniform, please come into the office before Tuesday.
