Putting your kids in a bilingual school that teaches both English and French gives them a powerful head start in life. They develop strong communication skills in two global languages, boosting confidence and opening doors to future academic and career opportunities. Bilingual education also enhances brain development, helping children think more flexibly, solve problems effectively, and adapt to new situations. Beyond academics, bilingual schools build cultural awareness and prepare children to thrive in a global, connected world.

How to Prepare Sauce Kedjenou Côte d’Ivoire 🇨🇮

Sauce Kedjenou is a flavorful traditional Ivorian dish, slow cooked in its own juices for a rich, smoky taste.

Ingredients:
Chicken (or guinea fowl), onions, tomatoes, eggplant, hot peppers, garlic, ginger, thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.

Preparation:
Cut and season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, and herbs. Place it in a tightly covered pot (or canari) with chopped onions, tomatoes, eggplant, and whole peppers, please no water needed. Cook on low heat, shaking the pot occasionally instead of stirring, until the chicken is tender and the vegetables release their juices.

Serve hot with attiéké, rice, or foutou. Simple, healthy, and delicious! 🍗🔥

When vising Ivory Coast, have it in mind to try Sauce Kedjenou. It's great to try something new, you never know what difference it can make.
