Hello friends,
Happy Eid Mubarak to all our Muslim faithful, and more strength to our Christian brethren still observing the Lenten season. May God Almighty answer all your supplications and open every door you have knocked on, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Today, my Eid Mubarak gift to you is simple but powerful:
Have Plan A, B, and C, and make sure Agriculture is part of your blueprint this year.
You may already have a job or business, but if technology or AI feels too complex or uncertain, consider adding Agriculture either crop farming or livestock farming, as a reliable backup and wealth-building system.
Starting livestock and crop farming in Nigeria can be highly profitable if done correctly. Let me break it down step-by-step so you can start, even with small capital.
🌱 1. Decide What Type of Farming to Start
You can choose crop farming, livestock farming, or both.
🐄 Livestock options:
* Poultry (chicken for eggs or meat)
* Fish farming (catfish, tilapia)
* Goat/sheep rearing
* Pig farming
* Rabbit
* Snail farming (low capital, high demand)
👉 Best for beginners: Goat, ram, rabbit, poultry, catfish, or snails (easy to manage and fast returns)
📍 2. Get Land (Very Important)
* You can lease or rent land if you don’t have money to buy
* Start small (backyard farming is okay)
Ensure:
* Good water supply 💧
* Accessible road 🚜
* Security
📚 3. Learn Before You Start
Don’t rush in blindly.
* Learn from:
* Experienced farmers
* YouTube tutorials
* Agricultural training centers
Understand:
* Feeding
* Disease control
* Market demand
💰 4. Start Small (Avoid Big Mistakes)
Example:
* Poultry → start with 50–100 birds
* Fish farming → start with 1–2 ponds
* Goats → start with 2–5
👉 Grow gradually as you gain experience
🏗️ 5. Set Up Your Farm
* Build simple housing (pen, cage, pond, etc.)
* Buy:
* Feed
* Water containers
* Medication/vaccines
🧪 6. Focus on Health & Feeding
This is where many people fail.
* Vaccinate animals regularly
* Keep environment clean
* Use quality feed (don’t cut corners)
👉 Healthy animals = more profit
📈 7. Know Your Market Before Production
Ask yourself:
* Who will buy?
* Restaurants? Market women? Individuals?
👉 Don’t produce without a ready market
💵 8. Funding Options in Nigeria
You can start with:
* Personal savings
* Cooperative societies
* Government programs like:
* Anchor Borrowers Programme
* Bank of Agriculture loans
* Partnerships
🔁 9. Combine Farming for More Income
Smart farmers don’t depend on one source.
Example:
* Poultry + fish farming
* Crops + goats
👉 This reduces risk and increases income
⚠️ 10. Common Mistakes to Avoid
* Starting too big ❌
* Ignoring disease control ❌
* Poor feeding ❌
* No market plan ❌
* Lack of record keeping ❌
💡 Simple Starter Plan (Low Budget)
If you want something practical:
👉 Start with:
* 50 broiler chickens OR
* 500 catfish OR
* Snail farming (You can even pick Snails from any farm around your area after the rain fall.)
Then reinvest your profits and expand gradually. Except if you are an expert.
🔥 Final Advice
Farming is not a “get rich quick” scheme, it is a consistent wealth-building system.
In times of economic uncertainty, food will always be in demand.
Those who position themselves in agriculture today are securing tomorrow.
Start small, stay consistent, and grow with knowledge and patience.

UNLEARN AND RELEARN
Gold is real money.
Paper is fake money.
And the longer you hold fake money, the poorer you become.
The rich don't save dollars — they save real assets.
Gold and silver have been money for thousands of years.
The dollar? Anything can happen to it at any time.
Fast forward, the first story you read is never for you and I who comes from the third (3rd) world.
The third (3rd) world citizens must not invest in one basket. You can invest in a number of (things) real assets.
You can keep trusting the government.
Or you can start trusting gold and other real assests.
Inflation silently eats away the value of paper money, reducing purchasing power year after year.
Real assets like gold and silver tend to hold value over time, especially during economic uncertainty.
Wealth is not just about how much you earn, but what you keep and protect.
Those who understand money store value in assets that stand the test of time.
True financial wisdom is knowing when to save, where to save, and how to diversify wisely.
A balanced approach to money gives you stability, security, and long-term peace of mind.
In every economy, opportunities exist for those who are informed and prepared.
Build knowledge, take calculated steps, and position yourself for a better financial future.

RAMADAN DAY 21: A CALL TO RISE FOR THE REMAINING NIGHTS
MAAS MODERN INT’L GROUP OF SCHOOLS
📞 Tel: +2250555907013
Today marks the 21st day of Ramadan. We are now entering the most sacred and powerful period of this blessed month, the last ten nights. These nights are not ordinary nights. They are nights of mercy, forgiveness, freedom from hellfire, and answered prayers.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) increased his worship during the last ten nights. As recorded in Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, he would tighten his belt (meaning he would strive harder in worship), spend his nights in prayer, and wake up his family to pray. This shows the seriousness and importance of these final days.
Why Muslims Should Observe Midnight (Tahajjud) Prayers in the Remaining Days
1. Greater Chance of Allah’s Forgiveness
During the last ten nights lies Laylatul Qadr (The Night of Decree), a night better than one thousand months. Worship on this night is more rewarding than worship of over 83 years. Allah forgives sins for those who stand in prayer with sincere faith and hope.
2. More Acceptance of Supplications (Dua)
The last third of the night is a special time when Allah’s mercy descends. It is a time when prayers are answered, burdens are lifted, and destinies can change.
3. Abundant Mercy and Freedom from Hellfire
Ramadan is a month of mercy, but the last ten nights carry multiplied blessings. It is an opportunity for those who sincerely repent to receive complete forgiveness and divine mercy.
4. Following the Sunnah of the Prophet
By praying at night, we follow the example of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), strengthening our faith and increasing our closeness to Allah.
5. A Chance That May Not Come Again
We do not know if we will witness another Ramadan. Therefore, we must maximize the remaining nights with prayer, Qur’an recitation, repentance, charity, and remembrance of Allah.
A Call to Action
Let every Muslim rise in the midnight hours for Tahajjud prayer. Even if it is two rak’ahs, let it be sincere. Let us seek forgiveness for our sins, pray for our families, our communities, and the entire Ummah. Let us ask Allah for mercy, protection, and divine favor.
The remaining days of Ramadan are a golden opportunity. May we not waste them in sleep or distraction. May Allah grant us the strength to observe the midnight prayers and accept all our acts of worship. Ameen.
