ZenQiYo Academy
The ZenQiYo Academy Programs are for you if you want to create a happy learning environment in your classroom and want to help students focus better or overcome their fear; if you want to optimise your teamwork or successfully exercise your leadership role; or if you want to help your patients and doctors in stressful times. If you need help choosing the right module or need additional information, you can contact the teacher.
MINDFUL SCHOOLS ( ZenQiYo@School )
The ZenQiYo Programs combine Zen meditation, Qigong and Yoga elements to fit different age groups and problems. The programs are flexible and vary in format and duration to meet the needs of the group. Programs that run during the school year have classes once a week in duration of 6, 8 or 10 weeks. Holiday's programs are more intensive and take place daily in duration of 1 or 2 weeks.
