Are you putting off your dreams? Here are my top tips to beat procrastination effectively:
⚡Get clear & decide on your goals and dreams. Decision is the opposite of procrastination. Identify your WHY and allow that to fuel your decision everyday.
⚡Break it down. Often we procrastinate because we don’t know where to begin. Identify actions you can take right now from where you are and begin with those.
⚡️Drop perfectionism. This is probably the number one reason people don’t even start to build their dreams. Perfectionism is actually fear. Start even if you don’t feel ready. Let go of the need to get things right and perfect from the get go.
⚡Get accountability. Whether is a friend or a mentor, accountability is key. It is proven to get someone to help you commit to the action steps you’ve identified, this will increase the chances of you actually doing it exponentially.
⚡️Take a closer look. You can’t change what you’re not aware of. Look at the places you are procrastinating and realize there might be some limiting beliefs that are sabotaging your success.
⚡️Reward yourself. Positive reinforcement works! It helps rewire your brain and create new habits. Make sure you acknowledge whenever you take action.

When you go after a big goal, you will encounter some challenges along the way. When they come, recognize them for what they are: opportunities for growth.
Don't get stuck in worry when things don't turn out the way you expect. Don't give up when you run into an obstacle.
Keep focusing on your final destination, not where you are at the moment. This is the key to actually creating change in life.
⚡Remember that the challenge you are facing is not your destination; it is just a step along the way.
And finally, take inspired action, behave as if it is impossible to fail.
Do this when you encounter challenges and you will be on the path to great successes. This is one of the biggest lessons I learned with Bob Proctor.
Remember, faith and fear have a lot in common, both require you to believe in something you cannot see.... You choose.

What does it mean to be optimistic? Most people believe incorrectly that being optimistic means that you are always happy or "cheerful", that you are oblivious to what is going on, that you never acknowledge problems, challenges or set-backs... but this is impossible.
No one, really no one, can think positively ALL of the time. We are all humans and we all have a wide range of emotions.
Also, it doesn't matter how would you are at what you do or at manifesting, everyone experiences challenges and failures. No human being ever goes through life only experiencing positive things.
So what makes someone an optimistic person? It is important to know because, in my opinion, is one of the most important keys to create lasting happiness in your life.
Being optimistic has to do with your point of view, it has to do with how you chose to perceive things, and how you see and "handle" the challenges that inevitable come at some point.
Being optimistic is a habit, because it is about training yourself to see things differently and responding to things differently and in a more empowered way.
I find this example to be the best in explaining this difference: Let's say you fail at something. A pessimistic person would say "I never get this right, I'm not good at this, I'm a failure". The situation is made permanent and the person gives away all its power to create any sort of change.
An optimistic person would acknowledge the presence of the set-back, and use it lovingly to her advantage. She would say something like "I did not success with this task, but I can learn to do better next time. This time, I will look for a mentor and I will get the results that I want"
This is the habit of being optimistic 🦋 And you, do you consider yourself to be an optimistic person? 🤔

Taking control of your life starts with your thoughts, but doesn't stop there. Once you consciously chose what to think, you then must proceed to attain it, otherwise your commands will have no conscious intent to direct the course of your life.
Happiness and peace are the hallmarks of real empowerment. Choosing positive thoughts and knowing that everyday you actively creating the life you desire should always be our aim, and this exactly what I prioritize in my life and it's the basis of everything we teach in our programs 💜

Do you worry about the future, about your relationships, your business or career, your health...?
I used to be chronic worrier, always anxious about everything and never really just trusting my abilities to create the results I wanted or life to be good and easy
Did you know that 92% of the average person's worries take up energy and mental space, cause serious stress and anxiety, and are actually absolutely unnecessary??
The reminding 8% are problems in our lives - which by the way, we all have! Successful people HAVE problems, people with their ideal partner HAVE problems, we all do - the difference is how we deal and solve them.
Most of those problems are things within our ability to resolve... here is where the mind comes in 🧠
⚡My biggest shift that took me from constantly worrying to feel at easy was the realization that everything has two sides = a problem and it's solution are two different sides of the same coin
Your role then, is to focus on the SOLUTION.
Where are you putting your mental energy? Are you stuck in the problem, or only entertaining solutions?
Wherever we focus is what we will create. Focus on the problem and you will remain stuck there. Not only that, but let me tell you.. it feels dam good to not be worried all the time! 😆
You are powerful beyond measure, there is no outside circumstance bigger than the potential you have within 💛

Take back your power ⚡Easy to say right? But HOW do we actually do it? 👇
What I've struggled with the most in my life is in believing in my power to actually create the life that I wanted for myself.
This experiences had carried into my life and I hadn't even noticed. Without being aware of it, I was feeling like a Victim for most of my life... and in basically every area of life.
The result was that I wasn't committed to my desires and to what I truly wanted. I was in a position where I rather thought "well, if this happens then I'll do it", or "if that person does X, then I'll do Y", or simple "let's see how things go"
What we don't realize when we do this is that we are giving away our power of being the CAUSE of our EFFECT (our lives). We are living from the outside in.
Taking back our power to me means committing to your dreams and follow them no matter what. The key is in the "no matter what", because we give away our power when we let something external interfere or stop us in our pursuit.
The truth is that you ABSOLUTELY can bring about what you seriously desire. We have unlimited potential locked up within and I truly belief that we don't want things that aren't meant to be ours.
The key then is to commit. Is to make yourself the CAUSE of your life. Align your thoughts, feelings and actions with what you want to bring about and REFUSE to ever take no for an answer.
When you take that power away form others and the external world and into yourself, anything, and I mean anything, is possible.
So, how might have you been giving your power away?
To what person, situation or perhaps limiting thought of not enoughness?
Gain awareness of that and make the decision that you will no longer be controlled by it! 🦋

To me that’s the key 👉 to dedicate yourself 100% to your craft, do whatever it takes to surround yourself by the best and if you can, be mentored by them.. Changing circumstances and results can be easy if you make sure these 4 key components are present 🦋 👇

We must really want to change in order to change. It doesn’t work if someone wants you to change or if you only kind of want to. The desire for something different must be strong enough in order to do what its required

Our current circumstances are a direct match to our beliefs, what we believe is possible, what we believe we are capable of. If you want different results, you must shift your beliefs to match those results
💥𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
Here is where most people go wrong! Persistence is key. It can take time to change, you might face obstacles, challenges and failures along the way. The difference between succeeding or not is /persisting.

Have you ever experience momentary change, just to have everything eventually go back to “normal”? Our biggest belief system is our self-image. We can never out-perform our self-image. It is like a thermostat that will always bring you back. In order for real permanent change to happen our self-image must be shifted. We must BECOME that person with the circumstances we desire

Which thoughts are you repeating in your head over and over again that keep you small and stuck in the same patterns? 🤔When we realize that we are the thinkers of our thoughts, but we are NOT our thoughts, we can consciously pick the ones that feel better and that are more supportive of the life we want to create.
Don't fall into autopilot, pay attention to the thoughts running through your head on a daily basis, break the pattern ⚡

I want to talk about effortlessness, about the power of inner harmony and creating our own gravitational pull to manifest ✨👇
The way we approach life, reaching our goals and manifesting is very "masculine", very mind-focused. Being overly active, hustling, and grinding has become the norm.
If you have hustled really hard and pushed, but you are not where you want to be, it is time to take a more aligned approach
🦋 When we are aligned our actions become precise and very little effort creates great results. You create a gravitational pull for yourself and life becomes a co-creation.
On the other hand, when we are out of balance, we believe we have to sacrifice and constantly perform in order to reach our goals. We believe that the things we want are out there and we have to chase them. We become very rigid, and we neglect this sort of feminine aspect of ourselves that allows things to come.
Can you feel the difference? Both are needed. Harmony is needed.
Specially in the manifestation process, we have to take into consideration our entire being. When we allow more flow and less resistance, we are using our entire being, including the non-physical part of us that is already connected to everything.
Anxiety and stress often mean we have disconnected from ourselves. We can live with a feeling of peace and serenity when we understand how our lives are a co-creation. Without the gravitational pull of our energy, we have to overcompensate and we struggle
Action is so important, but it has to come from a place of coherence, of inspiration. If not, we will surely burn out and struggle through life... believe me because it is what I experience for yeaaarss! 😅
✨ We honor this softer part of us by listening to how we feel, by taking care of ourselves, by slowing down, taking deep breaths...

As we grow, we will always encounter fear and doubt... the question is, are your dreams bigger than those obstacles? 🦋 if your commitment is big enough, you will stay consistent regardless of how things appear. It is that consistency that will inevitably lead you to your goal. It works every time, for every person ⚡️
