From April 13th to 18th , Nepali Repa students organized mandala practice and prostration practice at the Repa Retreat Center in Palpin. Rejoicing in merit! I can see Repa Meditation Center will benefit thousands of beings to learn and practice Dharma.

Thanks to all the people who have contributed in the building of Repa retreat center.The Repa students in Nepal also dedicate their merits to the meritorious dharma friends and sentient beings every day during their practice. May the meritorious brothers and sisters have a prosperous career, a happy family, good health and safety!

I was invited to Thailand to meet some of my students who are participating in the REPA-Europe program.
In order to share the Buddha Dharma, two public events were organized: at Rajamangala University in Bangkok and at Manjushri Retreat Center in the eastern part of Pathumthani Province.

On the first day, I instructed about 70 university students from 9 am to 4 pm on the benefits of meditation and guided them to meditate. I learned that many of the students were meditating for the first time in their lives. May the seeds of the Dharma have been planted in the hearts of these students.

The second day at Manjushri Center was devoted to Buddhist practitioners who showed interest in Vajrayana teachings. The topic "Mahamudra: The Art of Letting Go" provided a wonderful opportunity to make the concept of Mahamudra, which for many seems abstract, more tangible through simple and everyday examples.
