You call it being fine alone. Your body calls it staying busy enough not to feel.
You can spend a whole evening alone and still never meet yourself.
The room is quiet.
You are not.
You scroll.
Clean.
Work.
Plan.
Anything but contact.
That is why being alone can look functional
and still feel thin.
Loneliness is not always dramatic.
Sometimes it looks organised.
Sometimes it sounds productive.
The issue is not solitude.
It is disconnection.
Not from others first.
From yourself.
That is the hard part:
you want rest,
but fill every pause.
you want connection,
but manage yourself like a project.
Relationship ability starts here.
Not with better technique.
With contact.
If you want to practise that, the next Einsteiger or Practitioner seminar is there.
