A summer school on prejudice, discrimination, and diversity

In 2018, the first edition of the summer school “Prejudice, Discrimination, and the Diversity Challenge” will take place at the University of Geneva. The course is designed to introduce practitioners and students (Bachelor, Master, PhD students, and advanced researchers from various backgrounds) to:


  • the basic research and theories about stereotyping, prejudice, and discrimination from the social, cognitive, and organizational psychological perspectives

  • laws protecting individuals from prejudice and discrimination in the workplace

  • the economic analysis of labor market discrimination
