Love her progress in after just one month🤩. Since we don’t have a mirror, I like to document everyone’s progress with photos. When we are in a pose and are adjusted, we often know what it feels like to be in correct alignment, but to visually see our transformation is so much more powerful and encouraging.

One of my favourite , the wall! Not only is it a great way to work on our alignment in poses like and it's variants, but it's also readily available and free!!😉

One would think that doing poses on the wall would make it easier, but these ladies can attest: it was no easy feat. By pushing against the wall, we worked our core and pelvic floor, and stretched our hamstrings!

Tripod on the first try, go girls! The difference between being cautious and fearful - we work safely to achieve something we didn’t think was possible 🙂
