N.E.S.T. offers a flexible and supportive learning environment for all children, especially those who are neuro-divergeant, to build confidence and learn in a way that fits who they are.

Small group sizes, predictable routines and an attentive team help kids feel comfortable participating and making new friends.

Designed to complement each child’s learning path, the program can work alongside school, homeschool or another learning model.

Every day follows a steady routine: quiet mornings indoors and afternoons outside exploring the land and local community.

NOW HIRING: Falcon Peak Program Coordinator

Are you an organized person who is passionate about working with children and youth? Do you have a curious approach to learning, and want to strengthen your community? We’d love to hear from you!

Chickadee NEST is hiring a Program Coordinator to lead our Falcon Peak Pilot program and support stability and growth of Chickadee NEST. This leader will be a mentor to youth, support our programming and help strengthen our relationships with community partner organizations.

Part-time: 23 hours/week with the possibility of full-time hours depending on skill set and program needs
💰 Rate negotiable based on experience
📅 Start: As early as October 9
🌿 Lead and grow the Falcon Peak Pilot Program
🤝 Mentor youth and build community connections
🏕️ Support land, community, and interest-based programming
💛 Work with an inclusive, creative, and supportive team

Requirements: Experience working with children and/or youth, a valid driver’s licence, Criminal Record Check, and Vulnerable Sector Check.

Applications will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.
