The delightful Rouleau-Poirier clan visited us for a full family chocolate-crafting session. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ages varied from 5 years to 65 years - a wide berth of wisdom and youthful energy!
They departed 'tres heureux' with sacks and sacks of chocolate. 🤗🤎🤗

Mimi, Sue, Ruth, and Pat - well-known in the Shelburne area - were all up for the occasion, combining their passion for dark chocolate with an aptitude for learning. I had an idea they might prove to be a handful..... and so they were. ‼️ 🤗 Lovingly so.

Actually these were two charming locals who stopped by for their chocolate initiation (class). We'll say that even though they work in the food industry that they were surprised at the complexity and fun of chocolate-crafting!
