How one student turned an idea into a global mission to end our planet’s plastic waste crisis

Good morning from white shark Cabot!

Cabot pinged in this morning off West Ironbound Island, Nova Scotia, near where we first tagged him almost 4 years ago. The last we heard from Cabot was in June when he was off Virigina Beach.

At the time of tagging, Cabot was 9ft 9in long and weighed appriximately 551lbs. Over the past 4 years he's traveled over 16,800 miles up and down the east coast of the United States and Atlantic Canada.
