NOVEMBER CLASSES!
First 2 this week are FREE! Come move, feel, create space!! Level will be Beg/Int for the month ☺️ I hope to see you there!!

How’s everyone’s “to do” list right now??
Right now mine is insane, sometimes when I look at the list i freeze. I freeze because my brain doesn’t know where to begin, am I the only one who this happens too?!
When I am feeling really busy or overwhelmed I use a timer. I set a timer for say 20min-1hour to focus on one task, otherwise I’m a squirrel bouncing around from one thing to the next never completing anything! Today this has really helped, while I still have lots to do I at least know some things have been done ☺️
So here’s a picture of me mid chaturanga because this was hard to hold and today has been hard so I thought it was fitting haha Maybe the timer method will help you as well!

Eekk!! I can’t believe round 3 is already here! 😆
Split Series Refined start this SUNDAY! Aug 8-Sept 5 (with additional month access)
Saturday the 7th is the last day to sign up‼️
Do you have really tight hamstrings? Really tight hip flexors? Always feeling stuck in your hips? If yes then my Split Series will help make space to feel good in your body!
Monday Mobility
Wednesday Strength
Friday Stretch
All classes are live at 5pm for the month and are 45min in length with a recording if you can’t make live!
Even if you have no desire to do the splits that is completely fine. I work slow with control to ensure you feel safe 100% of the way.
You will need Blocks, Strap, Socks, Tennis size ball and a Mat.
I am with you every step of the way doing it as well! I have been inconsistent with my mobility, stretch and strength and I can feel how it’s been effecting my practice and everyday life.
Sunday is our first meetup to discuss this hips and their movements, we will start off with a flow to get our bodies moving and then sit and connect for about 30min. So let’s make some space together🌞

07/02/2021

A new month means new beginnings🌞 tomorrow I turn 27 and honestly I thought by now I would have it all together, but here I am and I don’t…. annnnnd THAT’S OKAY☺️
I don’t think I am the only one that feels like this, we always want to be further ahead, or thinking of how we could have done things differently in the past.
When I (or you) feel like this I do my best to become fully present. Sink into my breathe, think of what I can do now to get myself closer to my ideal future. It’s sounds cliche but living in the present is the only thing we can control.
Don’t dwell on the past
Wait for what the future has in store
And relish in the present 🌞
Happy July I hope it is a magical month for you all!

Movement in nature is pure magic 🌞
I have loved being able to teach outside recently, I don’t know about you but it just feels completely different. Allowing ourselves to get closer to nature, listen to wind, feel the sun melt into our skin. We are lucky to be surrounded by so much beauty
I have always felt that being submerged in nature is it’s own medicine. Do you agree??
