This day also reminds us to reach out when we need support and to reach in when we notice someone may be struggling.

Keep taking care of one another and reach out for supports when you can 💙💜

Today, October 10, is World Mental Health Day. A day to raise awareness of mental health issues and mobilize efforts in support of mental health. Did you know that the Disability Pride Flag includes a stripe for people with mental health conditions? You are not alone and you are welcome in our community 💙
