đź’› A love-filled thank you to the residents and staff of the Ochekwi-Sipi Cree Nation Personal Care Home! đź’›
PCAA received this card in the mail after responding to the care home’s call to share the love during the Valentine season, where students created cards for the residents of the home. They are always reminded that kindness and care is something to be shared with no matter how far away the recipient may be.

We are so grateful to the students and families of Prairie Central Adventist Academy (PCAA) for their generous donations of food items in support of our community.
-
Adventist Community Services (ACS) is thankful to receive these donations, which will go directly toward creating food hampers for individuals and families in need. PCAA students and families regularly collect items for both ACS as well as Harvest Manitoba!
-
Your kindness, compassion, and willingness to give are making a real difference. Thank you for showing what it means to care for one another and serve with love. 🙏🥫💛

đź’Ś Spreading Love to Ochekwi Sipi Cree Nation đź’Ś
-
Recently, Prairie Central Adventist Academy responded to a heartfelt call-out from Ochekwi Sipi Cree Nation Personal Care Home in Fisher River, Manitoba.
-
After watching the video shared by the care home, our students were deeply moved. The video was shown in classrooms, where meaningful discussions took place about loneliness, connection, and the impact a simple act of kindness can have on someone’s day.
-
Students across multiple grades at PCAA created handmade Valentine’s Day cards filled with encouraging words, artwork, and heartfelt messages. The love and care poured into each card was beautiful to witness.
In partnership with ADRA Canada, Valentine’s goodies were also included in the package sent to the Elders, helping make the delivery even more special.
-
This was more than a classroom activity; it was a powerful lesson in empathy, compassion, and community. Our students reflected on how receiving a handmade card can remind someone they are seen, valued, and loved.
-
We are so proud of our students for showing that even small gestures can carry great love.

Today is !

At Prairie Central Adventist Academy, we are committed to building a strong foundation for our students, our community, and the future of Christian education in our city.
This year, we’re asking our community and supporters to help us make two transformational projects that will elevate the PCAA learning experience for years to come:
1. Playground 2.0 – a redesigned, safe, and engaging outdoor space that supports physical development, creativity, and community connection.
2. Building Expansion – an essential step in growing our capacity to serve more families, enhance our programs, and continue offering high-quality, values-based education in a modern learning environment.
Your support today directly impacts the long-term growth and stability of our school. Every contribution—large or small—moves these projects from vision to reality.
Donation methods can be found at pcaa.ca/donate (link in our bio), or contributions may be sent directly to [email protected]
Thank you for partnering with us to strengthen PCAA and uplift the next generation of learners and leaders. đź’™

In a heartfelt effort to serve our community, PCAA proudly partnered with ADRA Canada to collect essential items for those displaced by the Manitoba wildfires.
Thanks to the generosity of our students, families, and supporters, we gathered snacks, baby supplies, children's coloring books and crafts, and other much-needed resources.
On June 6, these donations were delivered to the Southern Chiefs' Organization warehouse, where they will be distributed to families in need.

We're grateful for the opportunity to live out our values of service and compassion. Thank you to everyone who gave, packed, and prayed. đź’™
