Stoked to finally see another BMX jam happening in Winnipeg. It’s been several years since our team threw the last Mayhem, and Summer Slam.

When I invited Royal Sports to be involved with our events, they demanded to be the only BMX shop. They wanted to exclude Woodcock, who had been stocking BMX and supporting our events since Day 0.

Royal then lied to our main sponsors, claiming we forced them out of the jam. They threatened to not buy any product if that distributor supported a REPSET jam.

The reason we have a BMX jam today is because of the hard work of Brenten Wylie.

If you hear Royal Sports or Kings being thanked as a sponsor today, remember to thank them for the last few years of no jams, too.

Edmonton to host extreme sports championship this summer In its only Canadian stop, the FISE World Series 2016 (FWS) will take over Hawrelak and Gallagher Parks from Sept. 16 to 18.

Northern Embassy is always up to something awesome for Canadian BMX. Earlier this January they put together a contest featuring a ton of well known Canadian shredders, along with an Expert jam/session where the winner gets to join the Pro Teams for an invite-only part of the contest. Everyone threw down, including REPSET's very own Chijioke and Greg Henry.
