MTEC's Food Handler Certification is running Sat, April 18 and Mon April 27 (9:00am–4:00pm) at the MTEC Training Centre in Winnipeg.

Did you know? Under the City of Winnipeg Food Service Bylaw, every food service establishment must have a certified food handler on staff — or on duty at all times if you have more than 5 food handlers.

In just one day, you'll cover everything you need to know:
