It's March! How are you doing with those 2024 New Years' "resolutions/promises? Are they shelved? Forgotten? Procrastinated for another time/year? I know I have "broken promises" to myself... and It's not cool. So a few weeks ago I found an accountability partner for exercising, and we text and remind each other about if we've done or are doing our routines ... she does hers and I do mine... and it serves to push me to do my bit. Today I purposely did her routine and a part of mine. Tomorrow? Who knows if we will make it to tomorrow... but TODAY I am here, and doing what I can. However... If I don't follow through - no one will care, but my health may suffer.

Consider that you are a light: Are you a dark light or a bright light to those around you?
No one lights a lamp to hide it under a blanket, except maybe me... when I can't sleep, so I can read during the night and not disturb others who are asleep!
A lamp is meant to be placed in a way to give light to everything around it.
Whether you're quiet, outgoing, blunt or smooth, you are a light (dark or bright) to those around you.
One way of being a bright light, is by smiling. Another way is sharing something you believe in, with others (with their permission, of course).
How are YOU a light to others?

Good afternoon!
Hope covid is giving you space for you to grow your mind, your business and your life in positive ways.

I am part of a Journey legacy team (J50) named Cubbie Gators and we are raising money for the Pulmonary Fibrosis foundation. Pulmonary Fibrosis is a condition in which the tissue deep in the lungs becomes scarred, thickens and stiffens over time. That makes it hard for a person to breathe and their blood may not get enough oxygen which causes them to have breathing difficulties or sometimes stop breathing.

Doctors are finding out people who have survived covid19 run a higher risk developing pulmonary fibrosis in the future.

At the moment there is no cure but with the money we are raising, we hope it can make a difference.

I would really appreciate it if you can make a donation. Any amount will help.
