I am writing to express my sincere gratitude after my recent trip from *Lagos to São Paulo* via Dubai. I flew *EK784* from *Lagos (LOS) to Dubai (DXB)* on *12 April 2026*, connecting to *EK261* from *Dubai (DXB) to São Paulo (GRU)* on *13 April 2026*. As a long-haul passenger, I was deeply impressed by the entire experience.
Your aircraft were clean and comfortable, the meals and ICE entertainment were excellent, and the connection in Dubai Terminal 3 was smooth and well-coordinated. Most of all, your cabin crew on both flights deserve special recognition. They were attentive, compassionate, and professional throughout the journey. Their care is the reason I arrived in Brazil feeling rested instead of drained after 14+ hours in the air.
Please extend my thanks to the crews of *EK784 on 12 April 2026* and *EK261 on 13 April 2026*. You have set the standard for what long-distance travel should feel like, and I will be recommending Emirates to anyone flying routes like Nigeria to Brazil.
