Some of the training tools we use in class to prepare for higher intensity situations. Students learn basic characteristics of the tools, techniques to defend effectively, and dynamic applications to introduce realism.

Some of the training gear used in our class for drilling & sparring. The open palm gloves are a favorite so striking can be more safely included in the grappling.
