✨pasteurized liquid egg whites✨

65g breakfast mix plus ~120g egg whites = 30g of protein!

No this is not something I do everyday, but on the days I didn’t have time to meal prep, it saves me from ordering takeout that 1) I would pay extra for to DoorDash and 2) I wouldn’t be able to accurately track my macros for!

Sometimes you gotta do what you have to for consistency!
