🌱 Announcing the 2025 Manitoba Envirothon Theme 🌱

This year, the focus is on invasive species - a critical issue impacting Manitoba’s ecosystems, agriculture, and biodiversity. Invasive species like zebra mussels and leafy spurge threaten native plants, animals, and local economies. By understanding and addressing these species, we can help protect our natural habitats and maintain ecological balance.

Join the 2025 MB Envirothon to learn more about invasive species and how we can fight environmental challenges together. Registration opens Monday, October 21st!

Come join us at the Manitoba Teachers’ Society PD DAY on October 25th! The Manitoba Envirothon will be at the STAM and MSSTA PD Days to share our amazing, engaging, and inspiring program with you!

The Manitoba Envirothon Provincial Competition truly showcased the passion, brilliance and creativity of 80 students and we were blown away by what we saw!

We had almost a foot of snow fall and had to shift our field test indoors for the first time EVER in 27 years of the Manitoba Envirothon, but our teams, advisors, and volunteers worked together to ensure everyone still had a top-notch learning experience.

We are grateful for the adaptability, kindness and efforts of everyone who participated in the Envirothon this year! A big shout out to the for having us!

Exciting news! Check out our brand new Envirothon t-shirt design, featuring a fusion of the Manitoba Association of Watersheds logo and the iconic owl from our Manitoba Envirothon logo. 🦉💧

This unique design embodies our partnership with watershed conservation efforts while symbolizing wisdom and environmental awareness. We can’t wait for our amazing student participants to rock these in just 3 short weeks!
