What will your leadership journey be? Will you be on a university committee? Students across campus take up roles on university and departmental committees such as the Renewal, Promotion, and Tenure committee, departmental councils, student societies, etc. Will you lead a club? Every club has a President, a Vice President, and a Treasurer.

AIM wants to walk with you towards your career and life goals.

The goal of this symposium is to give students the knowledge and skills needed to prepare them to excel in these leadership positions. We AIM to help students develop the leadership skills that will have a direct, positive impact on their employability.
