The idea and initial stages of the business started last year when I became a certified coach through the Certified Coach's Federation. There are a few areas in life that people want coaching for, with relationships being one of them. I had been a Youth Development Worker for 14 years working with youth, their team of people and families. I found that a lot of issues arose between parties due to communication and or lack thereof. I will give people who struggle with communication in their relationships the tools they need to be heard, considered, forthright without being aggressive there by improving their relationships with others.
