August is slowly coming to a close and most of us are soaking up as much summer as we can. For me, September has always felt like the start of a new year, probably because kids go back to school and I'm usually energized from a laid back summer.

This fall I will be launching a course that focuses on finding out what motivates you, why you should ditch the word should, and how to create a plan to reach your dreams!
