To all my parents and professionals, this is for you! 👏
It is so important to focus on our self regulation and to understand how to respond when feeling certain emotions. This is a HUGE aspect in our everyday lives from when we are toddlers till we are seniors.
You could always work on improving your self regulation as it is a life long journey; as we change throughout life- it is a work in progress.
