The Whistler Bike Park Camp is a weekend coaching experience for co-Ed intermediate to advanced riders looking to build confidence, flow, and consistency.

Over two days, we’ll focus on:
• Line choice and trail awareness
• Riding with control, efficiency, flow
• Practical skills and strategies you can apply immediately
• Intentional progression without overwhelm

The camp includes small group coaching, lift line priority, and a supportive crew environment - so you spend less time waiting and more time riding.

This is all about building a stronger, adaptable rider!

From famine to feast.

In a world where there once was NO information about peri/menopause, the floodgates are open.

Don’t get me wrong — there is still a looooongggg way to go. But the do’s and don’ts list can be overwhelming, too much!

Remember this: peri/menopause isn’t a performance review. You don’t have to hit every metric, hack every habit, or optimize every movement.

Do what you can. Choose what works for you, let go of the rest — and remember: this season is about supporting yourself, not proving yourself.
