Leaving your body feeling open and your mind ready for a day on the slopes!
Not only is Yin yoga fantastic for achy or stiff bodies, but is wonderful to relieve any stress and anxiety your body and mind is holding onto. Focusing on breath work and holding poses for between 2-5 minutes, this class will calm your body and mind 😌.

Someone once told me they weren't flexible enough to do yoga. I told them you don't need to be flexible, you just need to be able to breathe 😌
Flexibility is the main misconception behind yoga, but absolutely anyone and everyone can do yoga!.

Covid... Who would have known what the future had instore for us!!

It's been close to 20 months since I taught my last class. I've since moved back to Canada and I'm super dooper and excited to announce my new permanent class at Yogacara Whistler!!!! 😁😁😁

From December 16th, at 7pm, I will be hosting a 75 minute yummy scummy Restorative Yoga class in the heart of Whistler village! 😊

Come and rest those bodies after a day riding on the hill or quieten those minds after a long day at work! 😌

I am so thankful and grateful to be given this wonderful opportunity to teach again after such a long time 💜
