Sounds like a paradox? šŸ¤”
Infinite patience implies an absolute certainty that what you have a vision for will indeed show up, in perfect order and exactly on time. It’s like an inner trust that brings peace🫶

It’s possible to have a burning desire yet not have attachments and peace comes when detach yourself from the outcome.

How do you detach from the outcome? You may ask yourself…

Start by reflecting and becoming aware of..

✨What do you need in order to successful? Or feel at peace?

It’s time to put an end to this confusion!

I keep getting asked the same question, over and over again.

Coaching is fast growing industry and yet is very unknown.

It has been defined in many ways. But simply put:

šŸ’”Coaching is a way of uncovering people’s potential and providing them the confidence to make meaningful changes:

🌟Changing careers, jobs
🌟Starting Businesses
🌟Getting promotions
🌟Improving performance
🌟Enhancing relationships
To mention a few

The main distinction of coaching is helping the coachee discover the answers for themselves. And stands on the premise that the Coachee is the expert of their lifeā€.

Asking exploratory question is the expertise of the coach.

It supports the philosophy of ā€œteach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetimeā€

It doesn’t seem like it, but coaching can support you making changes or taking a path that you wouldn't otherwise.

AND gotta say that I wouldn’t be writing about this if it wasn’t true.

The best way to understand what it is, is experiencing it.

If you’re curious and wanna find out more, send me a DM!!

Happy Tuesday and first day out after quarantine for me šŸ’ƒšŸ»šŸ™ŒšŸ»

A fundamental mind-shiftšŸ§ šŸ’Ø

I had to step away for a month to realized what had been missing the past months.

- Community!
- Like-minded women to communicate with and share vulnerably.
- Connection!

That’s how WE thrive. The female warm energy that ignites us to move forward stronger.

Trying to doing it alone and spending so much time in my head, is completely unnecessary.

My new mind-shift is accepting that I DON’T need to do it alone anymore!

That together we thrive; faster and more powerfully. By sharing our wins and supporting each others’ struggles.

I am choosing female community, cause together we can get FURTHER!

We have each other. We just need to share that need to realize how many others need it too.

Lets be there for one another. Together!

Tag a women / friend / collegue that would benefit from belonging to a community of women.

Don’t you find it funny when things magically happen in alignment?

These past months, there has been lot of backend work and things have been materializing - simultaneously!

Like the pieces of a large puzzle 🧩 coming together.

I’m soooooo excited to start sharing them!!🤩

I’m sharing today the last step of my coaching journey as an Associate Certified Coach (Acc) with ICF.

My Journey so far:
- Coaching Training: Oct 2018 to August 2020 with Coactive!
- Completed >175 client coaching hours.
- Delivered > 20 group workshops!
- Complied to the ethical coaching standards as regulated by the ICF International Coaching Federation as ACC.

I want to allow myself to savor this moment by sharing it instead of running over it and rushing into whats next.

For me, having a solid foundation of skills on what i do is a way of honoring my values and what works for me to set me for success.

Walk the talk šŸš¶ā€ā™€ļøall along the way!šŸ’«

YahouuušŸ’ƒšŸ»Happy Tuesday amigos!!

Have you ever wandered what you’re meant to be doing? What your life purpose is? What your soul is seeking?

For the past year, on I’ve been completely mesmerized and blown away by the accuracy and precision of Astrology.

I had always thought; ā€œthat’s all BS. It’s unreliable, it’s not scientifically proveen, it is comfirmation biasedā€.

All changed when i had my first session purely out of curiousity. I wanted to try it out in order to speak about it from experience.

After that session, I didn’t need any science to proof it was right. What i had heard was EXACTLY how I was. My internal thoughts, way of being, of thinking. No one could have nailed more how i was internally.

From this point, I’ve been learning a lot and astrology has grown on me.

Not only that but I’ve started combining my coaching sessions with insights from astrology readings.

The outcome of the combination of astrology for my client sessions has ELEVATED exponentially. Astrology provides a foundation of the persons vocation, their strengths and opportunities and with coaching I materialize them; make them tangible takeaways, taking them further to have clarity on the next steps.

It sounds crazy, but its real. We did out first Astro-Coaching live session today with my lovely astrologist and our client

Can’t wait for you all to see how this combo will have a huge impact in more people’s life!

You can check the live session in my precious post!

This week is for celebration & the ending of a big chapter!šŸ“–

My career transition journey to become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach āœ… has ended! šŸ’ƒšŸ»

Just as important as having clarity to step towards the direction we’re choosing, we also need ā€œconscious endingsā€ with the chapters we’re leaving behind.

Most of us don’t fully recognize the impact in our present day to day of not having conscious endings with our past.

ā€œThe so-called present is a past that you haven’t yet let go of.ā€ William Bridges

Let go of what we did or didn’t do, learned or didn’t learn, accomplished or didn’t succeed at, regretted, felt guilt...the list goes on...šŸ“

🧬Science proves that humans tend to remember more the negative events than the positive ones.

ā€œConscious endingsā€ prevent us from dragging or bleeding🩸past negative thoughts šŸ’or events to our present & future.

I’m plant a seed 🌱for us to acknowledge closures as an important step in our life transitions and how to do itšŸ‘šŸ»

Can’t wait to share more.šŸ”œ

Feel free to comment, what are you celebrating this week?🄳

I have to say it...we don’t like change and this is biggest transition most of us we will experience in our lives!

How do we keep sane and positive when everything in the horizon is uncertain?

It’s easy to focus on the negative and it’s important to stay informed (to keep us safe and prepared). BUT assuming the worst case scenario and being in fear is just detrimental for our mental health.

There’s a lot to be scared of right now. There’s also a lot to be grateful for. There’s even a lot to be opportunistic about!

Join and for the first in a series of live conversations about staying in a positive mindset during this global transition time.
