Today, we recognize National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
The day honours the lost children and Survivors of residential schools, their families and communities. Public commemoration of the tragic and painful history and ongoing impacts of residential schools is a vital component of the reconciliation process.

Just a reminder of Mr. Campbell's message today, asking all students to wear Orange on Tuesday, June 1st as a symbol of our remembrance, care, and compassion for the Indigenous families that were affected and are still affected today by Canadian residential school experiences.

In preparation to say goodbye to Gleneagles Ch'Axay's grade 7 graduating class, we're launching a final fundraiser to support the legacy gift and graduating ceremony activities. We've partnered with our beloved Fisherman's Market to offer seafood at well below retail prices at the market. Between 10% - 15% of total sales will support our fundraising efforts.

Product delivery: Friday June 4th 2:30pm - 3pm at Gleneagles Community Centre 6262 Marine Drive (dirt parking lot by skate park).
Physical distancing and masks required. Home delivery can also be arranged at $10 per delivery to the Gleneagles and Lions Bay school neighborhoods. Delivery fees will be donated back to the fundraising campaign. To arrange delivery please contact Meighan Jury at [email protected]
