I’m in denial that it’s now August, but at least that means it’s time for another bake drop! It’s been a while since I’ve done a mixed bake box, so I’m excited for this one 🤗 (But who can complain, we all love the pretzels so much 🥨😍 and the pretzels will be back before you know it).

I realized I never posted pictures of the May and that’s a crime because I love how these flower cupcakes turned out! It was my first time using Russian pipping tips and I was a bit nervous. I definitely learned some things about frosting consistency and colouring, but aren’t they just beautiful??
The boxes also featured Earl grey hamantaschen, cranberry bliss bars, and butter tart squares.

The Easter drop box included: peach cookies, mini egg cracker toffee, pistachio sandwich cookies, pink lady squares, and “devilled egg” brownies. I might have some regrets about the colour of the egg cookie filling. Something like a lemon curd would have been more colour appropriate. But what can I say, I was blinded by my desire to use pistachio cream 🤭 which treat is your favourite?
