Ready to level up your car confidence? 🔧

Drive Confident is our full-day, hands-on workshop for people who want to go beyond the basics and actually practise the skills themselves.

And one of our favourite parts? You can bring your own vehicle.

We’ll learn together — finding things on your car, working through tires and spare tire changes, batteries and boosting, fluids, filters, preventative maintenance and more.

This isn’t six hours of sitting and watching someone else work on a car. You’ll get your hands on the vehicle, ask questions, practise the skills and have the AutoCate team right there beside you.

Bring your car. Bring your questions. We’ll bring lunch.

🗓 Saturday, October 10
📍 AutoCate | Waterloo
⏰️ 6-hour hands-on workshop
🍴 Lunch included
💰 $240 + HST

Spots are intentionally limited so everyone gets plenty of hands-on time.

Come level up with us.

Our workshop last night was a hit! Thank you for joining us to learn about buying a used vehicle without getting burned!

We've been working hard at the AutoCate Shop to be able to offer you more content, workshops, and hands-on experience. Our new workbooks allow you to collect your findings about the used cars you are considering purchasing, compare features, and ask questions that may keep you from buying a lemon.

Would you buy a copy of our new workbook?

🚗 NEW SPECIAL TOPIC INCOMING 🚗

We’re getting ready to launch our next Special Topics workshop: Buying a Used Vehicle Without Getting Burned 👀

Maggie is here to help us make the announcement (and apparently make me laugh through the whole thing 😂).

We’ll be sharing the full details + registration soon, but we’d love to hear from you: what do you wish someone had taught you before you bought your first used car?

ps. sorry, but not sure why we couldn't get our CC working on this one.

Stay tuned 👀🔧

Don't ignore your car's noises! They're trying to tell you they're in need of repairs!!!

07/13/2026

🚗💨 Hearing more wind noise than usual? Feeling a little draft on the highway? Your door seals might be trying to tell you something.

Over time, weatherstripping dries out, tears, compresses, or pulls away, letting in wind, water, dust, and extra road noise. The good news? It's often something you can inspect—and sometimes even fix—yourself.

At AutoCate, we believe understanding your vehicle shouldn't be intimidating. Our hands-on workshops teach you how to identify common issues like worn door seals, what they mean, and when they need repair or replacement.

Knowledge builds confidence. Confidence saves money. 💙

✨ Join one of our upcoming workshops and learn practical skills that help you take better care of your vehicle.

You don't need to know everything about cars... you just need someone willing to teach you. 💜🔧

Every question is a good question, and confidence doesn't come from being born with car knowledge—it comes from learning, one step at a time.
That's exactly why AutoCate exists: to create a space where women can ask questions without judgment, build real skills, and leave feeling empowered.

What's one thing about your vehicle you've always wanted to ask but felt embarrassed to? 👇
