Steph's Tutoring Service

09/21/2026

Hi everyone!

I hope you were all able to enjoy the beautiful fall weather this weekend. I have created a short survey for tutoring families. It only has a few questions on it. I am just trying to plan for my fall/winter tutoring sessions. Those who complete the survey will be given a $10 credit towards their students tutoring session.

Thank you!

Hi everyone!
I can’t believe school begins for most in 13 days! Where did summer go? I wanted to say thank you to those who have already signed up for fall tutoring. I have my schedule posted on the Jane App until the new year. I am hoping to offer Thursday sessions starting in October. The centre currently has it rented out that day to someone but once it becomes available I’ll be able to offer Thursdays. All booking is done on the Jane app. If you have questions please reach out via email or messenger. Thanks!

Sincerely,
Steph

Hi everyone!

I hope you’re all having a wonderful long weekend! I wanted to let you know that I’ve sent out the July invoices to parents. There’s still plenty of availability in August, so don’t hesitate to book a session if you’re interested.

I’ve also updated my tutoring schedule for September through December on Jane App. If you’re planning to have weekly sessions, I recommend reserving your spot as soon as possible. All fall sessions will take place at my new office in Warman.

Additionally, there are still spots left for camp next week! You can choose to attend for the full week or select specific days. It’s $40 a day, and we’ll be focusing on both math and reading. If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to reach out!

I officially have the keys to my new office space. It’s not fancy by any means but I’m excited to make it my own space.

Rules for the Art Space:
1. You MUST take off shoes if your shoes are dirty.
2. No touching any of the art work on the walls or floor.
3. Have a quiet voice when walking into the facility.

Parents are welcome to stay sit in the chairs during the session or you can leave/drop off.

The sign outside will not be lit up open but during tutoring hours the door will remain open. If you have any questions please let me know.
