This fear of not getting my clients results of course energetically blocked them from coming into my field.

At some point you just have to trust in you, and trust that your clients are coming to you for the specific medicine or experience that only YOU can provide.

When you feel that way more of the time, more people will sign up to work with you. 💜

One of the BEST pieces of advice I got at the start of my business was to do FREE sessions!

Before I had coaches tell me to charge $2k for a package of coaching sessions out of the gate!! 🤯🤯

Now some people may feel totally comfortable doing that.

I was just getting started with helping others on their spiritual journey (I’d been on my own for 9+ years) and I felt wobbly in my abilities.

I didn’t have any testimonials from others yet. I didn’t feel at all confident.

There was also a lot of financial baggage I had to sift through before I could even dream of charging that. (I still don’t charge that btw, and that’s totally fine)

So I did a s**t load of free sessions. And with every single one, my confidence grew. People were telling me how they felt grounded, at peace.

They began manifesting money (one of my first clients manifested $30k in 3 months) they healed from child hood traumas… they’re intuition heightened. They began to see themselves as worthy and deserving of good things happening.

After that I finally felt confident enough to charge for my services. I think I was doing them for $30 a session. And even that freaked my nervous system out.

But the key to sales really is feeling confident in your abilities/products/services.

Your potential clients are picking up on that energy.

Maybe you need to stop charging a price that feels super unsafe for you, and either lower the price to one that feels like a no brainer OR do free sessions until your confidence increases.

You’re in it for the long game. Not fast money.

Slow down, to speed up!

I know you want to have consistency and longevity in your business.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PERFECT TO START CHASING YOUR DREAMS!! 🔥🔥

On the outside “striving to be perfect” might seem like a good thing. But it’s actually a trauma response, most likely stemmed from childhood.

This belief kept me stuck for so long.

If only I knew more, if only I came from a family that had a track record in business, if I was a man it’s be easier, if I was more organized, if only I was like Jessica with the blonde hair and blue eyes, I’d have the success I want.

But guess what? Things didn’t change until I decided I was enough now to start.

And that’s when I began taking aligned actions toward creating my spiritual business and diving into my healing abilities!

It kind of happened in a moment.

I realized no one was coming to anoint me as good enough. NOBODY.

And if I wanted to make s**t happen I was gonna have to be the one that did it.

So I did.

And that doesn’t mean that I didn’t have days where I fell back into self doubt and judging the f*** out of myself, I did, but I just kept reminding myself of my truth. (I also did deep inner child work and emotional alchemy to shift the energy at deep levels)

That I was made for big things, deep, deep down I’ve always known that. Why would I be called to this path if it wasn’t meant for me? I can help so many people.

And truth be told, your clients don’t need or even want you to be perfect.

Isn’t it annoying to see people who try to portray themselves that way online? People are tired of it.

Your clients want REAL & RAW. They can relate to you because they sure as s**t aren’t perfect themselves.

You’re always going to be growing and evolving as a person and in your craft. There’s always somebody else ahead of you.

But that doesn’t matter because you CAN help people right now.

Can you achieve success without “healing” every last part of you? Sure.

There are very unhealed people making fistfuls of money and achieving their dreams.

However the women that come to me have tried to “hustle” their way to the next level, they’ve tried mindset work alone, they’ve tried to force themselves to just make the changes!

And it hasn’t freaking worked! Why? Because their energy was off. ❌

CELEBRATING MY RECENT CLIENT!! 🥂

My client has completely changed her relationship with food because we dealt with the energy at the root of her binge eating. She now easily resists buying treats when she’s out and eats only until she’s satisfied.

I’ve been called selfish quite a bit recently. And I’m good with it.

I’m reframing that to “self-full” or at least on my way to it.

Because you must put your energy first, your happiness first, because if YOU don’t prioritize that, who the F will?!

And contrary to the popular rhetoric, making sure you’re okay first creates a positive ripple effect, in which whatever you flow your attention to in that state MUST benefit.

When you’re depleted, resentful and you’re in the energy of obligation, the people you’re trying to help don’t really benefit because your hearts not in it anyway. 🤷🏽‍♀️

So connect back to yourself.

Ways that I fill myself up are saying yes only to things I genuinely want to do (as much as I can) I don’t do favours blindly, first I check in with my gut to see if I have the ability and desire to do it.

I also prioritize energy healing. Most mornings I balance my chakras, enjoy a walk, dance around the house, work through my feelings.

I literally protect my energy by drawing reiki symbols around myself when I go out, clear hooks in my energy, speak up for what I want.

There are many other ways to do this and it varies from person to person.
