ANNOUNCEMENT FOR AY2025-2026 ONLY

With the migration of the Tertiary Physical Education Courses (PE 1, PE 2, PE 3, & PE 4) to Physical Activities Towards Health and Fitness (Path Fit 1, Path Fit 2, Path Fit 3, & Path Fit 4), some students failed to complete the courses on time due to personal reasons.
We are calling returnees and continuing students who are affected by this migration. This Academic Year 2025-2026, the Mindoro State University will offer for the last time the PE 3- Individual and Dual Sports (First Semester) and PE 4 – Team Sports (Second Semester) to accommodate students who
need to comply with the PE Program courses.

Classes will be held at MinSU Calapan City Campus every Saturday.

The Mindoro State University created a Google Form to provide its clients various options to request and claim/avail the services and documents they need via online platform.

The purpose of this service is for clients to make requests via email and google form and payment via Link Biz facility of Land Bank of the Philippines.

Schedule of ONLINE REGISTRATION for continuing and irregular students.

GUIDELINES FOR STUDENT REGISTRATION DURING THE FIRST SEMESTER, AY2025-2026:
1. Registration for the First Semester is conducted via ONLINE platform.
2. Use your registered email address and password. If not sure or forgotten, please visit or coordinate with the Registrar's Office Staff.
3. Make sure that you have submitted to your Program Chairperson your previous Semester Clearance Form.
4. It is a must that you have complied with your academic requirements to receive a PASSED rating.
5. You may login in your personal portal to check on your final rating.

BSA - JULY 1
BSAF - JULY 2
BSES - JULY 2

We encourage students to follow a "first come, first served" concept. The one who shows up first may get a queue number at Window 1 and will be given priority over the ones who show up later.
Other incoming first year enrollees who fails to come on given dates will be entertained on July 7 to July 3l, 2025.

Selected students from the following Programs - BSA, BSAF, BSHORTI, BSES, BSED, and BSABE- have course offerings this Special Term. Please refer to your Prospectus/Curriculum Guide.

The Registration System will be opened from June 3 to 13, 2025.
Please login in your portal and register to signify your intent to enroll while we are waiting for the complete submission of your grading sheets. Official enrollment may be delayed if there is any lacking grade/s. Please stay updated.

Certificate of Registration will be distributed on June 16, 2025.
