Congratulations to the March 2024 Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy cohort who completed the training today. Some of the words that emerged as we did our closing circle were: boldness, humbled, connection, leaning in, finding the sweet, and love. Bravo, well done. And, thank you to our phenomenal facilitation team 🙏

There is another SAP cohort starting in March - 1 spot left!

Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy: The Highlights of 2025 - Bringing the Body into Practice 12/31/2025

Stacy and I took some time this week to reflect and review all that was 2025. What a year for BBP. First of all, we want to extend our gratitude to the amazing therapists that come our way to make the BBP community diverse and thriving with complexity and sophistication of practice application. We also want to say thanks to our phenomenal facilitation teams, bright lights in the world for certain.

I also wrote a blog capturing all that was in BBP 2025 - highlights and a year in review. Here's a link -https://bringingthebody.ca/news/somatic-attachment-psychotherapy-the-highlights-of-2025/

Can't wait to see what 2026 brings🩷

The Embodying the Heart retreat for therapists was fantastic - there was such a depth of sharing, process & witnessing - all fueled by incorporating creative practice into Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy practice. What a transformative weekend, with amazing therapists, AND we raised $5,000 for the BC SPCA - Wild ARC hospital.
