Winter coats always seem to fail us in the exact moment we need them most. One minute you’re bundled up and ready to face the cold, and the next… zipper chaos. Teeth missing, slider stuck, the bottom refuses to latch—you know the drill.
The funny thing is, a broken zipper makes a perfectly good coat feel unusable, even though the fabric, insulation, and fit are all still great. That’s why replacing a zipper is such an underrated little fix. It’s amazing how much life you can bring back to a jacket with one simple swap.
