I love you, let me say that again, I love you.
Now please listen to these words carefully.....
I know that its been hard, frustrating and upsetting but heck when is anything ever easy. I refuse to give up and you should refuse too. I am the creator of my life and the universe and no matter what challenges get thrown at me I will over come them. But this challenge we need to do together. I cant do it alone and you cant do it alone like we've been trying to do lately. We need to connect, we need to be open, we need to all put in the effort if we expect any changes. We need to do things differently. We gotta stop doing the same thing over and over again and expect different results. We have to change how we act. But I need your help and you need mine...Only together can we push through...and I know it seems like giving up is your best option because time and time again nothing has changed but im telling you there is a way to push through, there is always another choice, always another path, we just haven't found it yet. We need to give it more time. After fighting for this for so long we cant just roll over and die. Love is strong, love is forgiving, but most of all love is patient. Be love and I promise we can go through anything keep on fighting, keep on learning, dont give in, dont give up, and when life has you down just remember I will always love you.

Here are three things to help you in your internal fight;
In between each thought there is a gap, right now it could a half a millisecond long gap, but I promise you it’s there. Focus on that gap, make it wider, and you’ll start to control your mind a bit easier.
With the past there’s 3 things you can do; accept it, resist it, and/or forgive it.
Resistance causes suffering. First accept what has happened, knowing nothing you do can change what has happened, then forgive everyone involved including yourself.
Lastly, the future; nothing is set in stone especially the future. How you act today, determines both your past and your future. So act in love, act in kindness, and live how you’d like your future to look like.

For so long I've been trying to figure out how to apply the same motivation I have for my job for the things I want to do. Cause like a lot of people I "sacrifice" a lot for work. Time, mental and emotional energy, strength. So when I'm at home I don't really have a lot of energy for the things that I actually want to do. And when I say job motivation I mean the motivation that no matter how I feel I am still showing up to work and doing it efficiently for hours. So why can I have that type of motivation for something I don't want to really do, but can't have that motivation for something I do want to do?
Then it occurred to me, for jobs I tell myself ''I have to'' go do it where as for things I want to do I tell myself ''I want to'' go do it and it really boiled down to two words; "have" and "want". I want to work out, I want to eat better, I want to read more but the word want just has a type of energy around it where it doesn't really "drive you" like the word "have" does. I have to go to work, I have to do the laundry, I have to do the dishes. So, naturally, I started telling myself that I ''have to do'' the things that I want. I have to exercise, I have to eat better, I have to read more, and to be honest I notice a dramatic shift in my motivation for the things I ''want'' to do. That same drive that I have to go to work, do dishes or laundry entered my drive for the things I want to do, it's incredible actually. So if you were stuck like me, trying to figure out how to do the things you want without the energy to actually do it. Start telling yourself that you HAVE to do it. Then watch as the world you want becomes the world you have.

Hey guys! It's been a long journey hasn't it? How has everyone been? You know that book series I was talking about years ago about spirituality, space, war, love, and even dinosaurs? Well it's finally being published :D A huge thank you to you guys, whether you know it or not, your support throughout the years has kept me going. I know I haven't posted much in the last couple years, but life has been really busy for me. But this page, and everyone who is on it, everyone I have helped or who helped me, the discussions we've had, will always be in my heart and mind. Also just because I don't post much doesn't mean you can't message me, if you ever need advice or an ear to listen to, I will always answer, eventually!

A little bit of gratitude goes a long way....
I know that is a cheesy/cliche kind of line that we have all heard, but don't think it's not important, because if used correctly, gratitude can change your life..... For the past few weeks I've been buried in negativity, not really understanding why. I usually have a good handle on my thoughts and feelings and can turn my mind and emotions into a positive force. But for some reason I was just stuck in the negative world regardless of what I tried. Then it hit me, I was so focused on the negative side of things that I have forgotten to be grateful for what I do have. I may not have the job I want, but I'm grateful that it pays the bills. I may not have the house I want, but I'm grateful that I have a roof over my head. I may not have the relationships I want, but I am grateful for the people that are in my life. Every negative thought I had I countered it with something to be grateful about whatever it is I was thinking. Often times we look to where we want to go, who we want to be, narrowing in on our future selves, that we forget to be grateful for where we are now. We push our present selves away. But by being grateful with your current situation you will no longer be burden by the negativity of not being where you want to be in life. Then its easier to focus in on the now. By showing more gratitude, you push out into the universe that positive energy that it loves so much, and you can block those negative thoughts and emotions by focusing more on the things you do have that are worth cherishing.
So to summarize, getting to where you want to be in life doesn't have to be this constant negative struggle. By being grateful for what you do have (especially the little things) then the road to your best life can be a positive struggle. And I say struggle because as you know, life isn't easy, and the things you want, if they were easy to get, then they wouldn't necessarily be worth striving for. And remember, there is plenty of people who dream of having a life that you have. Use that as your foundation of being more grateful....
