Vancouver Restaurant Awards 2014 | Vancouver Magazine   In 1990, this magazine began an awards program in recognition of a few of the city's finest restaurants. A quarter-century later, we proudly present the largest year yet, with 18 judges deciding the winners in 49 categories. The dining scene
